We gladly accept returns and exchanges if you contact us within: 14 days of delivery for full refund. If you contact us after 14 days of delivery a 20% restocking fee will incur.
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery for full refund. There are no returns accepted after 30 days of delivery.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at jason@vintagerevivalartco.com.
