this is just perfect. the item, the transaction, the shipping. it looks so great on the door. i will say to be careful with your measurements , i bought a HD steel door which i thought i measured carefully and had about 1/16 of an inch to spare between the deadbolt and door knob when installed.

Was blown away by how gorgeous this piece was! We messed up putting a new deadbolt on a metal door and managed to scrape up the door pretty bad but this piece covers it up perfectly and saved us from potentially having to get a whole new door. If you're on the fence about this just go for it, you won't regret it! Also it is very lightweight and easy to install, great quality :) (yes the door still needs to be painted, but its a start!)

Loving our starburst addition to our door! We have brushed nickel/silver toned hardware, and the PC silver is not an exact match, but that is NOT the sellers fault, and it does not take away from the quality and beauty of this piece. Only added that info for others that may have the same color hardware.

We got 2 Black Starburst Echelons for our 1950s Ranch we will be moving into and they are fabulous. We will be painting our front door and little apartment soon so I'll update with pictures.
