Installation takes just a few minutes since the escutcheon is held against the door by your door knob. Just remove the door knob, place the escutcheon against the door and then tighten the knob back into place against the escutcheon. No need to drill any holes into your door.

Be sure to measure your lock set before ordering to ensure that this will fit properly.
