Important Installation Information
The Rising Sun is a large decorative backplate, so proper fitment is essential.
Measure your existing doorknob flange, door-edge clearance, and spacing to any nearby deadbolt before ordering.
If a deadbolt is located above or below your doorknob, a minimum of 6” of clearance between the two is required.
Simply remove your existing doorknob, position the escutcheon against the door, and reinstall the knob to hold the plate in place.
Please measure carefully before purchasing. Returns are not accepted on doorknob escutcheons.
